The Best way to watch the EPL in the UK

With the 2020-21 EPL season now underway, here are the best options for streaming matches online with a VPN:

Sky Sports and BT Sport

Sky Sports and BT Sport have exclusive live broadcasting rights for the vast majority of Premier League football matches. Both of those British services are subscription services, which means there is usually no way to watch matches without paying.

Most people consider Sky Sports to be the best way to stream the EPL, but this comes with a lengthy contract. Fortunately, NowTV is a UK streaming service owned by Sky that lets you purchase weekly or monthly passes to Sky Sports. A NowTV Sky Sports Pass costs £8.99 a day, £31.99 (US $49.90) a month, or £199 for the whole season

If you pay for a British Sky Sports account, you can use the Sky Go App to watch Premiership matches on two devices. BT Sport customers, on the other hand, can either watch the football in their browser – or by using the BT Sport app for iOS or Android.

BBC iPlayer

The BBC is showing some live EPL matches for free this season. And, you can use a VPN to access BBC iPlayer to stream highlights of the EPL each week on Match of the Day and Match of the Day 2.

Using a VPN to unblock iPlayer and stream free EPL content is extremely easy, so you have no reason not to enjoy at least some EPL football. So far, the BBC has announced that it will be broadcasting Leicester vs Burnley on the 20th of September.

Can I watch Premier League for free?

Premier League Build Up

It’s game-week 7 in the Premier season and we’ve been treated with some top quality football so far.

This week starts on Friday night as Wolves take on Crystal Palace at Molineux. Both teams sit on 10 points after playing six matches so far this season. Nuno Espirito Santo’s team are unbeaten in their last three matches. However, they have struggled for goals this season. RaulJiménez is their top scorer with 4 goals, but Adama Traore has yet to register a goal or an assist so far this season. We’d expect him to kick on after such a successful season in 2019/2020. In the opposite dig out, Roy Hodgson will be happy with his team and their performances. This should be a great start to the weekend.

Saturday’s matches are as follows:

  • Sheffield United vs Manchester City
  • Burnley vs Chelsea
  • Liverpool vs West Ham

Liverpool take on West Ham in the late kick off on Saturday night. The Hammers have had

great start, in there last three matches they have beaten Leicester and earned a point against Tottenham and Manchester City. Liverpool have got back on track after being hammered by Aston Villa, however, their injury crisis has got even worse as they have Matip, Virgi Can Dijk and stand in centre back Fabiniho all out with injuries. This has lead to Jürgen Klopp giving 19 year old Rhys Williams a place in the first team, a player who was on loan at Non-league team Kidderminster Harriers last season. He looked comfortable as he came on for the reds in midweek against Midtjylland in the Champions League, but starting his first Premier League match will likely be a tougher challenger for the youngster.

Sunday’s matches are as follows:

  • Aston Villa vs Southampton
  • Newcastle vs Everton
  • Manchester United vs Arsenal
  • Tottenham vs Brighton

The big match on Sunday is Manchester United vs Arsenal. OleSolskjaer will be without Alex Telles for this match as he has recently tested positive for Coronavirus, Martial will also miss this one as he servers a three match ban. Mikel Arteta will be without David Luiz, Calum Chambers, and Rob Holding, however, he will have Willian back after recovering from an ankle injury. This has the promise to be an absolute cracker!

Monday night’s matches are as follows:

  • Fulham vs West Bromwich Albion
  • Leeds United vs Leicester City

Don’t miss a minute of the action this weekend by using a VPN and one of the streaming methods listed in this article.
