VPNSecure is an Australian VPN service available at a price of $2.99/month. It offers 80+ servers that support both Netflix and torrenting, however, because of a few issues, I’ve given this service 3.1 stars overall.

VPNSecure is an Australian VPN provider delivering its services in over 80 servers in 50 different countries globally. As per this VPNSecure review, the provider has fallen short on numerous fronts, like a server network.
This is because other VPNs such as ExpressVPN or Surfshark offer huge server spread. However, on the bright side, VPNSecure does offer a true no-logs policy, is completely leak-proof, and offers decent speeds.
Although I recommend using VPNSecure, I find it to be rather short of a few important features. This is why, in this VPNSecure review, I’ve given this service 3.1 stars overall.

My Rating Criteria
I have analyzed VPNSecure according to my own created 9 steps criteria that consists of:
- Jurisdiction – Where is VPNSecure located?
- Security – Does VPNSecure make you anonymous?
- Leaks – IP, DNS, WebRTC & Virus Tests?
- Servers – Are they P2P compatible?
- Speed – How fast is VPNSecure?
- Streaming – Does it unblock US Netflix?
- Compatibility – Apps and supported devices
- Pricing – What is the actual cost of VPNSecure?
- Trustworthiness – Logging Policy, Trustpilot Ratings, Reddit & Customer Support
Jurisdiction – Where is VPNSecure located?
Unfortunately, this VPN belongs to an unsafe jurisdiction, which is Australia. The country is a proud member of the 5 eyes alliance and exchanges its netizens’ information with other partners as and when needed.
Above all, the country has developed its own data retention laws that allow concerned authorities to store users’ data according to their own terms.
Security – Does VPNSecure make you anonymous?
Surprisingly, VPNSecure offers a zero logs policy. They have categorically mentioned on their site that they don’t keep logs of their users’ information.
However, they have an exclusive right to monitor your online activities if they believe you are using their site for illegal purposes. You can check out their logging policy for more information.
In terms of tunneling protocols, VPNSecure boasts OpenVPN and SSH companied by 128 and 256-bit encryption. Furthermore, you can use the OpenVPN protocol that offers 256-bit encryption, taking your online security to a new height.
The VPN also offers a unique HTTP proxy service that enables you to stream services like BBC iPlayer, HBO Now, HBO Go, and others. All this comes with RSA-2048, making you even more secure on the internet.
Leaks – IP, DNS, WebRTC & Virus Tests
VPNSecure does not reveal your actual IP addresses online. Here are the screenshots:
IP Leak:
DNS Leak:
WebRTC Leak:
Virus Test:
I checked its Google Play Store Android app link from VirusTotal and found no virus at all.
Servers – Are they P2P compatible?
At present, VPNSecure is delivering its services through 80+ servers in 50+ countries globally. As compared to other VPNs, they have to increase their server network.
There are other VPNs like ExpressVPN or NordVPN that offer servers in huge number. On the brighter side, they allow torrenting on all their servers without any discrimination.
Speed – How fast is VPNSecure?
VPNSecure delivers overall good connection speeds in general. Upon connecting to its servers in the UK, US, and Australia, I obtained an 18.80 Mbps average download speed. Remember, I used my 30 Mbps internet connection to conduct the speed test.
With the Australian server, I managed to get 17.81 Mbps downloading speed which is quite good.
With the UK server, VPNsecure managed to output 15.72 Mbps downloading speeds on my 30 Mbps connection.
Last but not least, VPNSecure managed to deliver 20.88 Mbps downloading speed on the US server.
Streaming – Does it unblock US Netflix?
VPNSecure is smart enough to bypass Netflix’s rigorous restrictions with such ease. This Australian VPN allows you to watch your favorite US TV Shows or movies securely.
Compatibility – Apps and supported devices
The service is compatible with all the leading platforms and devices. These leading platforms are Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and Routers.
VPNSecure also provides an extension for Google Chrome. The extension is available on Chrome’s Web Store.
Pricing – What is the actual cost of VPNSecure?
VPNSecure has an affordable pricing strategy for its subscribers. The pricing plans of the VPN include 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months pricing plan. All these pricing plans offer various benefits like multi-login and web proxy.
These pricing plans are mentioned as follows:
Luckily, this VPN offers a free trial feature for one month. But, the trial only comes with the US server and has a 2GB bandwidth cap. The purpose of the trial is to give you a taste of the VPN. It is somewhat different from what free VPN services provide.
Similarly, users can also select another trial feature that is available for two days. However, you will have to pay $2 if you want to test this feature. After availing of the feature, you can connect to any server of your choice anywhere.
On the contrary, VPNSecure has a 7-day money-back guarantee. The industry standard these days is around 30 days. This means that the VPN is lagging in this regard. On the payment front, they offer the following payment modes:
- PayPal
- Credit Cards
- Cryptocurrency
- Perfect money
- PaymentWall
Trustworthiness – Trustpilot ratings, Reddit & Customer Support
VPNSecure has a score of 3.5/5 stars overall. As for reviews, 70% of users have rated their services excellent based on their quite good experiences.
They have also improved their presence on Reddit drastically. Most people have pretty positive reviews about it.

- 24/7 Live chat
- Email Ticket System
- FAQs
- Knowledgebase
- Contact Us
- Blog
This is how you may get the solution to your queries appropriately.

Alternatives to VPNSecure
If you’re not a big fan of VPNSecure, I have other VPNs that will get you interested. Let’s have a look at the list:
Do I Recommend VPNSecure?
Overall, I do recommend VPNSecure. The service does not offer a multitude of servers. However, it works with Netflix and torrenting. I also like the fact that VPNSecure offers efficient customer support, decent speeds, and a legit logging policy.
That said, the service has to improve its performance in terms of price and server count. Likewise, its unsafe jurisdiction is something I can’t fully trust because of privacy concerns. Based on the above analysis, the service has earned a 3.1/5.0 star rating.
