WITH residents slowly returning to work and others remaining unemployed, regional furniture giant COURTS has launched a new credit plan that will assist its customers in not having to default on their repayment.
Under their new Credi-Care Programme, those persons who are unemployed and are making credit payments can have a freeze on their account for two months in the first instance and a further two in the second.The company launched the initiative on Wednesday (Oct. 7) at a simple ceremony at the entity’s Basseterre Branch.
COURTS St. Kitts and Nevis Country Manager, Trudy Lewis-Allen in explaining moves taken by the company to assist its customers, pointed out that they were among the first to allow 100 percent late fees to aid clients.“Today, consistent with the commitment to provide credit support to our customers, we are pleased to announce a landmark credit recovery programme.
